Supply, Integration Design, and Installation of Information and Communication Technology/Audio Visual Conferencing Equipment for the Proposed New ADB Georgia Resident Mission (GRM) in Tbilisi, Georgia

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) on non-committal basis from vendors for the supply, integration, design and installation of information and communication technology (ICT) / audio visual (AV) equipment. The space is 2,000+m2 + of Grade A commercial office leasehold, located at 64B, Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi 0162, Georgia.

Through this Call for EOI, ADB will shortlist vendors for a potential limited tender (Request for Proposal), based on the criteria indicated in this EOI process, as follows:

(i)  Should be a registered firm with independent legal existence in an ADB member country for a minimum of five (5) years. Please submit relevant certificates. Joint Venture agreements are acceptable.

(ii)  Have past contracts with at least US$200,000 average annual revenue over the past three (3) years from 2019-2021. Kindly provide evidence of annual revenue for the three years.

(iii)  A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in ICT and AV supply and installations of a similar size in Georgia or within the West Asia Region. Please submit recent project references, including Client details, for at least two (2) similar ICT and AV supply and installations in a commercial Grade A office fit-out projects in Georgia or within the West Asia Region. ADB may review these project references.

(iv)  The firm should be familiar with the local government guidelines related to ICT in Georgia, international design, building codes, and best practices such as ISO IEC 20000-1 and ISO 35.020. Please provide relevant documents.

(v)  The lead firm should be a registered entity from an eligible member country of ADB; should not be under a declaration or record of ineligibility for corrupt and/or fraudulent practices issued by ADB; and has not been sanctioned nor be ineligible to enter into transactions with ADB or any other multilateral development bank or institution and along with its sub-contractors, if any, have no pending litigations that represent more than fifty percent (50%) of its net worth. Please provide a declaration for these requirements.

(vi)  Note that a JV or partnership will be acceptable, however it is preferred that a single entity has the lead contractor role.

Please note that only the firms that are prequalified through this Call for Expression of Interest may be considered for submission of bids to a subsequent limited tender (Request for Proposal).
