Supply of Bulk Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG)

Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive bids for the Supply of Bulk Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to ADB HQ (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”).

Bidding is open to all firms and only bidders meeting the following requirements will be considered.

1. have the nationality of eligible country in accordance with the List of ADB Eligible Member Countries (per http://www.adb.org). The Bidder shall be deemed to have the nationality of a country if the Bidder is a citizen, or is constituted, or incorporated, and operates in conformity with the provisions of the Laws of that country for a minimum of ten (10) years;
2. have not been sanctioned nor be ineligible to enter into transactions with ADB or any other multilateral development bank or institution;
3. have a sound financial and credit position i.e. positive net worth;
4. have no pending litigations that represent more than fifty percent (50%) of its net worth; and
5. have at least three (3) supplier contracts in Supply of Bulk LPG within the last five (5) years, each involving a minimum of 50,000 kilograms annually supplied per client.
