Supply of Desktop, Laptop Computer and Printers

This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online Issue on 30th November 2018 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Website.

The Government of Mozambique through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security received a grant from the African Development Fund (ADF) to implement the “Agricultural Value Chain and Youth Empowerment Project – AVACYEP” and intends to apply part of these funds to acquisition of Desktop, Laptop Computer and Printers.

The Directorate of Planning and International Cooperation/AVACYEP now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of Desktop, Laptop Computer and Printers in the Provinces of Maputo and Gaza, in the Districts of Moamba and Namaacha, as well as in Chókwè and Chonguene districts, respectively.

A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MZM 2.000,00 or its equivalent in freely convertible currency.

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods, September 2010 edition, revised February 2018.

Bids must be delivered on or before 10:00 am on 12/12/2019 to the above office and the bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 1,400.00 (One Thousand and Four Hundred United States Dollars).

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives that choose to attend at 10:05 am on the tender closing day at the same address.

A Pre – bid meeting is required as per the Bidding Documents.
