The European Border and Coast Guard Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Frontex”, being contracting authority is planning to award the public contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and technical specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Aim of this procurement procedure
The aim of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a multiple framework supply contracts for the acquisition of the mobile devices, mobile devices’ accessories and associated services.Detailed description of the scope and requirements regarding the services covered by this procurement procedure is presented in the attached Terms of Reference document (Annex II) and its appendices.Provision of the software licenses is out of the scope of the contract resulting from this procurement procedure unless it constitutes integral part or associated services of the ordered equipment.Contracting authority intends to conclude multiple framework supply contracts with reopening of competition with minimum 3 and maximum 7 successful economic operators.
