Supply of Office Equipment for Border Crossing Points

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of CAREC Regional Improvement of Border Services Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of office equipment for Border Crossing Points (BCP) (“Goods”). The goods shall be supplied within 110 (one hundred and ten) days after the signing of the contract.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
