The European Commission, Directorate-General for Joint Research Centre, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Scope of the tender
The purpose of this call for tenders is the sypply of one (1) low temperature water electrolysis test station equipment for use in the scientific laboratories of JRC Petten (Westerduinweg 3, NL-1755 LE Petten) as specified in point 3 (hereinafter: the Equipment).
The Equipment will be used to test water electrolyzer stacks at 2-50 kWel scale under varying operation conditions. It will be connected to the tap water supply, nitrogen purge gas, compressed air and electricity from the grid of the building of the scientific laboratories. This building is equipped with air ventilation and gas detectors connected to an alarm & safety system to adequately response to potential hazards and emergencies.
