Supply of Solid Waste Collection Equipment and vehicle Procurement (Phase II)

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Anhui Huainan Urban Water Systems Integrated Rehabilitation Project, Part of this financing will be used as payments under contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The China International Tendering Co., Ltd (the Procurement Agent), authorized by implementing agency Huainan Municipal Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau (the Purchaser), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of goods and related services:

Compression-type garbage truck(35 sets), Compression-type, docking garbage truck(6 sets), Hydraulic lifter garbage truck(24 sets), Electric cleaning vehicle(120 sets), Electric garbage truck(4 sets), Electric garbage truck with hanging bins(8 sets), Electric garbage can loader(4 sets), Sweeper-washer vehicle(18 sets), Watering lorry(20 sets), Guard rail clearing vehicle(2 sets), Pavement maintenance vehicle(15 sets), Garbage can cleaning vehicle(1 set), suction sewage truck(2 sets), Environmental monitoring vehicle(2 sets), loader (2 sets), Centralized garbage sorting station(50 Pcs), Garbage sorting and collection booth(400 Pcs), Trash can (4300 Pcs) and relevant services. The project is located in Huainan City, Anhui Province, P.R. China.

Delivery period is as follows: 90 days after the signing of the contract.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
