The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.
The European Commission, DG JRC – Joint Research Centre, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Subject of the Tender
JRC Geel has the intention to set up a framework contract for the supply of Vacuum parts for the ‘Standards for Nuclear Safety, Security and Safeguards’ unit. These items will be used for experiments setups and for the accelerator facilities.
The call is divided into two different lots:
- Lot 1: ion-pumps, gate valves and vacuum measuring equipment,
- Lot 2: full aluminium vacuum chambers and flanges.
