Technical and Organisational Support to the Implementation of the European Maritime Single Window Environment

Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are enclosed in the attached ZIP File.

Objective of the tender

The contractor provides technical and administrative support for tasks and organisational structures presented in the Implementation plan. Main support for category 1 tasks. However, support for other tasks are not excluded. The type of support: task management, planning of meetings, preparing necessary meeting documentation, collecting, managing inputs and other information, providing support during the meetings and for online collaboration groups, providing technical expertise for specific tasks. Tasks are split between technical and organisational support. While sufficient resources shall be allocated to ensure the smooth operation and management of the EMSWe group and the thematic teams, emphasis shall be put on the technical support including, collections dissemination and communication measures. Tasks to be performed:WP1: Planning and management support;WP2: EMSWe group support;WP3: EMSWe thematic workgroups;WP4: Pool of technical expertise;WP5: Reports.
