Provision of Proactive User Feedback Software

Item Description:

Assisting 80 million people in around 80 countries each year, the World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience.

With more than 13,000 employees geographically dispersed, as well as partners working on the WFP’s mandate even from remote locations, our Organization is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified companies with expertise in Proactive User Feedback Software, whose tool may be used to collect comments from staff members as well as beneficiaries. Participants should meet the following criteria:

• Have a previous, proven track record in the delivery of proactive user feedback tools. Include examples of the work done with other Organizations;
• Have specialised staff able to follow WFP during the delivery of this project, as well as to integrate/customise the software upon request.

Response

In order to participate in the pre-selection exercise, companies are required to provide the following:

• Confirmation of interest in being considered for the delivery of the above tool;
• Samples of work done with other Organizations with 5,000 staff or above (max 3 pages);
• Company description and summary of experience in the required business (max 1 page);
• Samples of the customisations possible with the tool being proposed (max 2 pages);
• No financial proposal is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of a positive response, WFP may proceed with the next steps to engage a vendor.
