Thakhek Municipal Solid Waste

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Lao People’s Democratic Republic has received a financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Fourth Greater Mekong Subregion Corridor Towns Development Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (“the Employer”) through the Department of Housing and Urban Planning invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the PS-CW03-Lot 2: Thakhek Municipal Solid Waste, in Thakhek city, Khammouane Province (“the Works”). Contract duration is 730 days and the defect liability period is 365 days.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB as described in the Bidding Documents.
