Upgrading provincial road 675A at section Km69+803,54 – Km94+591,91 (including newly construction of 03 bridges) and related works

The Social Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (hereinafter called “ADB”) toward the cost of the Support to Border Areas Development Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract package named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Kon Tum Provincial People’s Committee, c/o Kon Tum Department of Planning and Investment (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the contract package KT-W-02: Upgrading provincial road 675A at section Km69+803,54 – Km94+591,91 (including newly construction of 03 bridges) and related works with the following details:

Summary of works: (i) Upgrading 16.18 km of road grade V (as per TCVN 4054:2005) with road foundation 6.5 m wide, cement concrete road surface 3.5 m and roadside 2×1.5m (2x1m double bituminous surface treatment DBST); (ii) improving roadside (DBST), side ditches, and slopes of the exiting 8.59 km of rural road grade B (as per TCVN 10380:2014) with road foundation of 5 m wide, asphalt/cement concrete road surface 3.5 m and roadside 2×0.75m; and (iii) newly construction of 03 pre-stressed reinforced concrete bridges, 7m wide.

Site location: Section Km69+803,54 – Km94+591,91 of the provincial road 675A, Kon Tum Province.
Contract implementation period: 24 months
Contract type: admeasurement contract with price adjustment.

National competitive bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
