Establishment of a Contract for the provision of Paints, Painting Products and related Accessories to UNIFIL

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the Provision of various Paints, Painting Products and related Accessories to UNIFIL HQ Naqoura and intends to establish a Contract for a period of one year with an option to extend the Contract for one additional year. In this regards, the vendor shall supply and deliver the below listed Painting Products and Accessories to UNIFIL HQ Naqoura, South Lebanon based on delivery terms “Delivered At Place” (DAP, Incoterms 2010) on an “as and when required” basis. The yearly estimated number of deliveries are six (6) shipments and each delivery should be made within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order. Specifications and other related technical details and required quantity will be provided upon the issuance of the bidding exercise in solicitation documentation.

For the purpose of establishing a contract, UNIFIL will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in the future and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement.
