Item Description:
The United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD) is seeking a suitable, qualified company to provide water treatment supply and maintenance services at UN Headquarters in New York City and in nearby UN owned properties namely – Secretary General’s (SG) Residence and UNITAR building.
The contract appointment will be for an initial term of three (3) years extending to an optional maximum of two (2) – one (1) year periods (3+1+1 = 5 years max). Services will encompass both water treatment supply and maintenance audit of Plant Engineering Section (PES) HVAC operations.
Mandatory Requirements:
At a minimum candidate companies will be required to meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Experience in the water treatment business for at least five (5) years.
