Supply and Delivery of C30 Ready-Mix Concrete for hard Surfaces and Road Development at UN Entebbe Support Base

MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill MONUSCO requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete UN Vendor registration preferably for level 1 on the vendor database accessible on ungm.org. (New vendor only). A detail Scope of Work (SOW) will be provided to companies short listed for receipt of RFP documents

The EOI should specify brief relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience. Vendors will be shortlisted based on their ability to provide the relevant documents showing that they are authorized to undertake business in DRC. Interested vendors must provide the following documents with their response:
– Copy of the registration certificate / license(s) of the company

Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation to submit bids

MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on

substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the RFP documents. MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated below.

The expressions of interest may be submitted by email to monusco-procurement@un.org with cc to: nyamobo@un.org or by facsimile hand-delivery or courier, clearly marked with the inscription “EOI – Supply and Delivery of C30 Ready-Mix Concrete for hard Surfaces and Road Development at United Nations in Entebbe Support Base. DEMANDE DE MANIFESTATION D’INTERET

La Mission de l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour la Stabilisation en République Démocratique du Congo (MONUSCO) sollicite des manifestations d’intérêt pour la fourniture et livraison de béton prêt à l’emploi C30 pour les surfaces dures et le développement de routes à la base d’appui de l’ONU à Entebbe. Ouganda/Entebbe (MONUSCO)

MONUSCO entreprendra un exercice d’appel d’offres et établira un document de sollicitation aux sociétés qui auront exprimé leur intérêt et auront fourni des informations pertinentes initiales démontrant leur capacité à satisfaire les exigences de la MONUSCO. En outre, on demandera aux sociétés intéressées de remplir le formulaire d’enregistrement des fournisseurs (seulement pour les nouveaux fournisseurs) dans le site http://www.ungm.org.

Les spécifications détaillées seront fournies aux sociétés présélectionnées pour la réception des documents de sollicitation.
