Provide and install unified solution package of Call Centre SIP System

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly on 11 December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1950, UNICEF’s mandate was extended to address the long-term needs of children and women in developing countries everywhere. In 1953 it became a permanent part of the United Nations System, and the words “international” and “emergency” were dropped from the organization’s name, making it simply the United Nations Children’s Fund, retaining the original acronym, “UNICEF”.

UNICEF in Yemen is inviting all interested bidders to participate to the Request for Proposals #9148393 to: Provide and Install Unified Solution Package for Call Centre SIP System for the UNICEF YEMEN OUTPOSTED OFFICE IN Amman-Jordan.

To participating to this RFP, interested bidders are requested to provide a comprehensive technical proposal against the requirement as detailed in the attached TORs and financial offer as per the attached format of the attached financial schedule and the ToR pricing instructions.

Moreover, a bid conference will be held as per the below details:

Bid Conference Time: 13:00 (Amman Local Time)
Bid Conference Location: Online through Zoom Link

If interested, please ensure to review the RFP requirements and send us your representative name and email.  Please note only one of your representatives will be sent the Zoom link, therefore please arrange send your representative name by email to ohamdallah@unicef.org as soon as possible.  Only bidders who send their representative name and email by Sunday 28 April 2019, shall be sent the Zoom link to attend the bid conference.

Finally, as per the requirement included in the RFP document, all interested bidders are required to send their technical and financial offers (each in separate email) by 9th of May 2018, 15:00 hrs (Amman local time) to the following email address: yemenpmubids@unicef.org
