Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, according to their specialties, to sign framework contracts that cover high voltage and low voltage works and maintenance.
This call for tenders is divided into 3 lots:
- lot n° 1: permanent and one-off security services at OECD headquarters and its annexes;
- lot n° 2: permanent and one-off security services for the IEA site;
- lot n° 3: permanent and one-off fire safety and personal assistance services;
The deadline to submit an offer is Monday 19th August 2019, 11am (Paris time).
A visit of our premises will take place on Tuesday 30th July, 2pm (Paris time) at 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour la réalisation de prestations permanentes ou ponctuelles de sûreté, de sécurité incendie et d’assistance à personnes dans l’ensemble des locaux de l’Organisation. Cet appel d’offres comporte trois lots :
- lot n°1 : prestations permanentes et ponctuelles de sûreté au siège de l’OCDE et ses annexes;
- lot n°2 : prestations permanentes et ponctuelles de sûreté du site de l’AIE ;
- lot n°3 : prestations permanentes et ponctuelles de sécurité incendie et d’assistance à personnes;
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le lundi 19 août 2019 à 11h00 (heure de Paris).
Une visite de nos locaux se déroulera le mardi 30 juillet à 14h00 (heure de Paris) au 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
