Supply and Delivery of Air Conditioning Split Units, Inverter Series Technology to UNAMI Compound Green Zone, Baghdad, Iraq

United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit bids for the Supply and Delivery of Air Conditioning Split Units, Inverter Series Technology to UNAMI Compound Green Zone, Baghdad, Iraq in accordance with the approved specifications, delivery terms, general conditions, and other related documents.

The requirement includes the Supply AC Split unit inverter series technology. Mode: Cooling and heating

• Capacity: 2 Tons, 24000 Btu cooling, 25000 BTU heating.
• Capacity: 1.5 Tons, 18000 Btu cooling, 19790 BTU heating.
• Capacity: 1 Ton, 12000 Btu cooling, 13000 BTU heating

UNAMI intends to award a contract / Purchase Order to the bidder that clearly demonstrates through a written bid a high degree of compliance with technical specifications and meeting the following mandatory requirements :

• Technical specification of ACs must meet as specified in our item list and its spare parts must be available
• The Brand of offered Air-Conditioners must have authorized dealer in Iraq.
• The Supplier must provide manufacturer’s given warranty,the supplier must give three years warranty from the date of supply and the warranty will include replacement of all defective parts including but not limited to its Compressor.
• The bidder shall provide the technical specification sheet, certifications and the details of the Iraqi dealer for the proposed model/brand.
• UNAMI delivery terms are successfully met.
