Provision of Corporate Travel Agency Services for the Delegation of the European Union to the African Union

Item Description:

The European Union, represented by the Delegation of the European Union to the African Union (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are enclosed in the attached ZIP File.

The contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to provide the corporate travel agency services in the non exhaustive list below:— quotations for domestic and international airplane tickets,— booking and issuance of domestic and international airplane tickets,— changes and cancellations of bookings,— information on seasonal preferential fares and packages provided by airlines.
