Construction of Works of Water Supply Distribution Network Improvement with house service connections for Non-Revenue Water reduction and continuous water supply and providing Sewer Network with house connections, construction of Sewage Treatment Plant & allied works and Operation services of the entire system for 10 years at Tonk

India has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Rajasthan Urban Sector Development Program. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Local Self Government Department represented by Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP); hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, invites online bids from eligible bidders for “Balance work of RUSDP/Tonk/01 i.e. Construction of Works of Water Supply Distribution Network Improvements with house service connections for nonrevenue water reduction and continuous water supply; Providing Sewer Network with House connections and construction of STP and maintenance of the system for 10 years at Tonk”. Scope of work includes rehabilitation and expansion of existing water distribution infrastructure to achieve continuous pressurized water supply, construction of sewerage system and operation, maintenance and management of the water supply and sewerage system for 10 years on performance based. Bidder will submit online bids as per instructions in following paragraphs.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
