Construction of Buildings for PPPG (Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Profesi Guru, FPTK (Fakultas Pendidikan T ehnologi dan Kejuruan) and COE (Pusat Keunggulan) Pendidikan Vokasi

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of Republic Indonesia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Advanced Knowledge and Skills for Sustainable Growth Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (“the Employer”) invites bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Civil Work Batch I of UPI Development as A Center of Excellence on Technical and Vocational Teacher Education and Training (“the Works”). The works include three (3) buildings namely COE TVET building, FPTK Building and PPPG building, with the total size of 27,450 m2.

Open competitive bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
