India (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of Delhi – Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System Project (Tranche -1). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC “the Employer”), invites online bids from eligible Bidders for design and construction.
