    Item Description:

    The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) invites proposals for one or more consultants who will contribute to the implementation of the projects in the framework of the Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN), in the Anti-Corruption Division (ACD) of the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs (DAF), at the OECD. The selected candidate(s) will be engaged by the OECD as external consultant(s) through a contract for intellectual services. They will be responsible for the implementation of the OECD Anti-Corruption Istanbul Action Plan monitoring (5th round).

    The deadline date for the receipt of Tenders is Friday 13 December 2019, 2pm (Paris time)

    The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

    L’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) sollicite des propositions pour la mise en œuvre du réseau de lutte contre la corruption en Europe orientale et en Asie centrale (ACN), au sein de la division anticorruption de la Direction des affaires financières et des entreprises. (DAF), à l’OCDE. Le ou les candidats retenus seront engagés par l’OCDE en tant que consultant (s) externe (s) dans le cadre d’un contrat de services intellectuels. Ils seront responsables de la mise en œuvre du suivi du plan d’action d’Istanbul pour la lutte contre la corruption (5ème cycle).

    La date limite de réception des offres est le vendredi 13 décembre 2019 à 14 heures (heure de Paris).

    L’Organisation utilisera son portail e-Sourcing « Bravo Solution » afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés devront s’inscrire sur le portail en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et aux annexes.
