Design, Supply and Installation of Water supply, sewerage, domestic hot water, heating network and electrical connections for Tsaiz Eco town in Sharkhad Subcenter

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

Mongolia has received financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB) toward the cost of Ulaanbaatar Urban Services and Ger Areas Development Investment Program: Tranche 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the EIB.

The Municipality of Ulaanbaatar (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the “Design, Supply and Installation of Water supply, sewerage, domestic hot water, heating network and electrical connections for Tsaiz Eco town in Sharkhad Subcenter” (“the Facilities”) with the following details:

• Sewage, domestic hot water pipeline, and heating pipeline and substation of Tsaiz Eco Town in 19th khoroo of Bayanzurkh district;
• Water supply, sewerage, heating and domestic hot water pipelines, and electric supply and power distribution substation and of the pilot 20 household apartment in 19th khoroo of Bayanzurkh district;
• Rehabilitation/ restoration works

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
