Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, to provide office supplies, water bottles and cups on the premises of the Organization.
The OECD has informed other International Organizations based in France that a call for tenders has been issued. These Organizations may, if they so wish, benefit from the rates of the office supply contract. Separate contracts, but with a common price schedule, will then be signed between the bidder and each International Organization.
The deadline to submit an offer is Friday 17 January 2020, 2pm (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour l’approvisionnement en fournitures de bureau, bouteilles d’eau et gobelets dans les locaux de l’Organisation.
L’OCDE a informé d’autres Organisations Internationales basées en France qu’un appel d’offres était lancé. Ces Organisations pourront, si elles le souhaitent, profiter des tarifs du contrat de fourniture de bureau. Des contrats séparés, mais avec une grille de prix commune, seront alors signés entre le soumissionnaire et chaque Organisations Internationales.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le vendredi 17 Janvier 2020 à 14h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
