Supply and delivery of Catering Equipment to UNMHA in Hudaydah, Yemen

The United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) has a requirement for the qualified supplier to supply, deliver and install durable, functional catering for food preparation and service at its premises in Hudaydah, Yemen.

The Supplier shall deliver requested appliances within six (6) weeks after receipt of the Release Order, unless the Supplier provides evidence and as approved by the UNMHA Representative that additional time (up to 2 additional weeks) is required for manufacturing time or international sourcing. All goods shall be delivered in proper packaging to protect the items from damage during transportation, loading, unloading and handling.

List of required equipment includes but not limited to the following:

a. Canteen Kitchen Equipment – eg. Pasta cooker, Cookware Set, Spaghetti Spoon,Pototo Masher,Meat Thermometer
b. Canteen Self- Service Equipment – eg.Bain Marie on Hot Cabint, Bain with wheels and cover, Refrigerator
c. Canteen Coffee Bar Equipment – eg.Extractor, Neutral Bar Bench for coffee Machine.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. OSESGY/UNMHA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission will receive the final Solicitation Documents.
