Provision of Media Analysis Services for the European Commission

Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Communication (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, thE invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The subject of this call for tenders is Media analysis services for the European Commission. Communication patterns and media analysis methods change as information technology develops. For this reason, this call for tenders aims to obtain the best services, using state-of the-art technology and methods for analysis adapted to an evolving research area throughout the duration of the framework contract.

This call for tenders is divided into two lots:

• Lot number 1: Media analysis services
• Lot number 2: Social media analysis services

Tenders may be submitted for one or two lots. Each lot will be assessed independently of any other lot. Tenders which cover only part of one lot or are declared as being conditional on the award of any other lots are not permitted.
