Provision of Ground Fuel and Associated Support Services to UNMIK

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) intends to carry out a bidding exercise for the provision of ground fuel and associated support services to UNMIK.

UNMIK requirement for the ground fuel, LPG, oils & lubricants and the associated services shall cover the whole mission area. The Mission consists of eighty-two (82) vehicles, Thirteen (13) generators and five (5) heating plants.

The contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option of extension for additional three (1+1+1) year periods.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Contract or its sub-contractor shall be in possession of all relevant permits, amongst them but not limited to the “Business Registration Certificate and License” for the provision of required services in Kosovo and proof of permission/license issued by the relevant Government of Kosovo authorities to operate and/or import fuel in Kosovo.

The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage, soon after the closing date for this EOI.

This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Companies, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
