Item Description:
The United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement to establish a Contract that will include fuel stations/outlets for use as UN fuel distribution points and fuel delivery points to specific sites (generators and heating units) in Prishtinë /Priština, Mitrovicë/ Mitrovica and Pejë/Peć. Services will be based on the following details:
a) Key Locations. One (1) primary fuel station/outlet is located within UNMIK Main HQ in Prishtinë /Priština and includes a dedicated fuel tank of diesel, connected to fuel distribution dispenser. One (1) regional fuel outlet with dedicated fuel distribution dispenser in Mitrovicë/Mitrovica one (1) regional fuel outlet in Pejë/Peć. It is anticipated that petrol vehicles will be refueled at Contractors commercial fuel station.
b) Generators. Currently UNMIK has six (13) Generators in six (4) locations throughout Kosovës /Kosovo.
c) Heating Units. Currently UNMIK has two (3) diesel heating units located in Prishtinë /Priština, Mitrovicë/ Mitrovica and Peja/Pec.
The estimated fuel quantities for the period of one year are:
- Diesel 160,000 liters (vehicles, generators and heating units)
- Petrol 20,000 liters (vehicles)
The contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year, with an option of extension for additional two (1+1) year periods.
Companies interested to participate in the above tender are requested to submit their EOI by fax or e-mail by the closing date 09 August 2019. The EOI must include the following company’s ifnormation.
This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Companies, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
