Construction of Buildings at the Institute of Technology, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received a loan from Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Skills for Competitiveness Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Joan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Project Implementing Unit of Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of two new buildings and renovation of one existing building at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), Phnom Penh. The construction period is 18 months from date of notification to commence.

Open competitive bidding (National) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
