Supply of Slaughterhouse Refrigeration Equipment

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

• Minimum average annual turnover of CNY36 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years (2017, 2018, 2019);
• Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is CNY3 million (or equivalent in foreign currency);
• Successful completed as main supplier within the last 3 years prior to the bid submission date, of at least 2 contracts each valued at least CNY11,720,000.00 (or equivalent in foreign currency) with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply).

The bidder shall prove that the Screw type single-stage double compressor unit (item No. 101-1 of section 6) provided: (I) have been produced for at least 10 years; (II) there are at least 2 cases with a single contract amount at least CNY 3 million yuan or equivalent foreign currency within the last 3 years prior to the bid submission date for similar models and specifications;

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
