Building and Civil Engineering Works for approximately 7.9 km of Railway Viaduct Structure including elevated Stations at Espana, Sta. Mesa and Paco

The Government of the Philippines has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of South Commuter Railway Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract package CP S-02 named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) (the “Employer”) through its Procuring Agent, Procurement Service (PS) of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of the Building and Civil Engineering Works for approximately 7.9 km of Railway Viaduct Structure including elevated Stations at Espana, Sta. Mesa and Paco.

Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
