Mail transportation services

Item Description:

The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to select one or more suppliers to provide mail transportation services for the Organisation. The CFT is divided into three lots:

• Lot 1: Standard international mail services
• Lot 2: Standard national mail services
• Lot 3: Express mail services

Tenderers may provide an offer for one or more Lots.

The limit date for submission of offer is Monday, 22 March 2021 14:00 (Paris time).

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise: https://oecd.bravosolution.com

Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pouvant fournir les services de transport de courrier.

Cet appel d’offres est divisé en trois lots:

• LOT N°1 couvre les besoins de l’Organisation en matière de transport de son courrier standard international.
• LOT N°2 couvre les besoins de l’Organisation en matière de transport de son courrier standard national.
• LOT N°3 couvre les besoins de l’Organisation en matière d’envois express.

La date limite de réponse à cet appel d’offres est fixée au Lundi 22 Mars 2021 à 14h00 (heure de Paris).

L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres : https://oecd.bravosolution.com.
