Detailed design and construction of ASU campus and facilities

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of India has applied financing from the ADB toward the cost of Assam Skill University Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Assam Skill Development Mission (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of detailed design and construction of ASU campus and facilities (campus development including landscape, horticulture, water bodies, internal roads, pavements, drainage, electrification, street lighting, sewerage, water supply, etc. and building works for academic blocks, specialized laboratories, workshops, computer laboratory, library, administration and special service facility buildings, canteen, hostels, and recreation facilities (“the Works”).

Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: Two-Envelope envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
