Provision of Office Equipment and Supplies

The scope of this requirement includes provision of variety of items required for the office work of UN staff deployed in the mission, grouped and including but not limited to the following categories:

• Presentation items (maps, planning boards, writing boards, and meeting accessories);
• Paper products (photocopy paper, mail supplies, note pads, post-it pads, etc.);
• Miscellaneous office supplies (adhesive and packing tapes, tapes dispensers, glues, desk accessories, staples, staplers, punchers, scissors, rulers, etc.);
• Filing and organizing supplies (binders, clips, folders, dividers, archiving boxes, etc.);
• Filing and organizing equipment (hole punchers, staplers, heavy duty hole punchers, heavy duty staplers);
• Writing and correction supplies (pens, pencils, markers, highlighters, erasers, correctors, manual sharpeners, etc.);
• Office equipment (laminating machines, paper shredders, binding machines)
• Electronic office items (calculators, table and wall clocks, electric pencil sharpeners, postal type weighing scales, etc.).
