The European Patent Organisation (EPO) is an intergovernmental organisation that was set up on 7 October 1977 on the basis of the European Patent Convention (EPC) signed in Munich in 1973. It has two bodies, the European Patent Office and the Administrative Council.
Objective of this tender
The EPO issues this tender for Conversion of EPO legal texts for publication.
The EPO publishes several legal texts, like the Official Journal, the European Patent Convention, the Case Law Report, the Guidelines for Examination, the Guides for Applicants, etc. The manuscripts of these legal texts are created at the EPO and must be converted for publication in various formats and on various media, in particular on the EPO’s website. The new contract shall cover the conversion of EPO legal texts into various formats for publication.
