Procurement of Communication Services

Item Description:

The European Institute for Gender Equality, the regulatory agency of the European Union, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the framework contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The specific objectives are to:

• monitor and analyse EIGE’s media and social media activities, analyse the outreach of EIGE’s newsletter (Lot 1);
• produce videos related to EIGE’s work and further editing existing ones (Lot 2);
• provide design, production and related services (Lot 3);
• provide media support services, which include maintaining an updating the media database and organising media events (Lot 4).
