The European Environment Agency (EEA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Subject of this call for tenders
The subject of this call for tenders is the supply of audio-visual equipment and consumables, and the provision of ancillary services such as installation, maintenance, repair, on-site technical support as well as consultancy services, to ensure quality AV equipment is set up in the Agency’s Headquarters located at Kongens Nytorv No 6 & 8, 1050 Copenhagen K. To that end, the EEA wishes to enter a framework supply and service contract with an experienced service provider able to offer a wide variety of AV equipment and associated services.
