Construction Works of the central water and wastewater laboratory, water and sanitation operations training center

The Government of Rwanda has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Rwanda Sustainable Water and Sanitation Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the construction of central water and wastewater laboratory, water and sanitation operations training center. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method as defined in the Bank’s Guidelines and procedures for Investment ProjectFinancing.

The Water and Sanitation Corporation (WASAC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of central water and wastewater laboratory, water and sanitation operations training center. These works will be executed within 18 months in Kigali city, Gasabo District, Kimironko Sector, Nyagatovu Cell.

Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), OCBI method and procedures as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations” dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
