Procurement of sets of materials for drip irrigation systems

Item Description:

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the Procurement of set of materials for drip irrigation systems to various destinations of Batken oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Sets of materials for drip irrigation systems: – Lot1: Set of materials for drip irrigation systems for Aktatyr village Batken oblast – Lot 2: Set of materials for drip irrigation systems for Minoruk village -1 of Samarkandek AA Batken oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic – Lot 3: Set of materials for drip irrigation systems for Minoruk village -2 of Samarkandek AA Batken oblast
• Delivery Times: Within 4 weeks after issuance of FAO Purchase order.
• Destination country/countries – Aktatyr village, for Minoruk village -1 of Samarkandek AA, Minoruk village -2 of Samarkandek AA of Batken oblast based on DPU Incoterms 2020.

Requirements / documents:

a) Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);
b) Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);
c) Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications Form as provided in Appendix “I”.
d) Duly Accomplished Financial proposal form as provided in Appendix “II”
e) Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “III
f) Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for Goods.

Offers will only be accepted if submitted through the UNGM Portal. 
Offers not submitted through the UNGM Portal will be invalidated.
