Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders, on behalf of the International Energy Agency (IEA), to purchase various information services, including analytical reports such as publications, newsletters, articles, as well as datasets to cover all energy markets and all regions.
The IEA wishes to select various suppliers to provide Products related to one or more of the following lots:
- Lot 1 – Oil markets
- Lot 2 – Natural gas markets
- Lot 3 – Coal markets
- Lot 4 – Renewable energy, power and clean technology markets
The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is July 8, 2021, 6:00 PM (UTC +1)
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres, au nom de l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie (AIE), afin d’acheter divers services d’information, y compris des rapports analytiques tels que des publications, des bulletins d’information, des articles, ainsi que des ensembles de données couvrant tous les marchés de l’énergie et toutes les régions.
Cet appel d’offres est divisé en quatre lots :
- Lot 1 – Marchés pétroliers
- Lot 2 – Marché du gaz naturel
- Lot 3 – Marchés du charbon
- Lot 4 – Marchés des énergies renouvelables, de l’électricité et des technologies propres
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au 8 juillet 2021, à 18h00 (TU +1).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
