Item Description:
The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN) that is responsible for issues that concern information and communication technologies. It is the oldest among all the 15 specialised agencies of UN.
The ITU coordinates the shared global use of the radio spectrum, promotes international cooperation in assigning satellite orbits, works to improve telecommunication infrastructure in the developing world, and assists in the development and coordination of worldwide technical standards.
Purpose of this Solicitation
The purpose of this Solicitation is to conclude a Contract of maximum 5 years with a qualified company that will have the responsibility to develop and implement a governance framework for Microsoft 365 (M365) that is adapted to ITU’s specific environment and business priorities as further described in the Terms of Reference (Part IV). The project consists of 4 modules as further described in Part IV:
- Module A: Establish the framework for information governance and protection in M365 for ITU.
- Module B: Develop the architecture/design blueprint required to achieve the information governance objectives in M365 and define a roadmap and timeline of actions.
- Module C: Implement ITU M365 governance using only M365 available services.
- Module D: Time and materials
