Provision of Event Organisation Services for European Institute for Gender Equality

The European Institute for Gender Equality, the regulatory agency of the European Union, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the framework contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. EIGE launches this call for tender with the objective to conclude a single framework service contract (FWC) for the provision of professional event organisation services for EIGE (such as experts consultations/meetings/workshops, Management Board meetings, Experts’ Forum meetings, meetings with journalists, conferences, country visits to the EU Member states, team-building events, etc.). In relation to the events, the contractor will be asked to provide a broad range of activities including overall event management, reporting and using various communication channels and tools to target various audiences.
