Provision of a Staff Working Conditions Implementation Plan for ITU

Item Description:

The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) is pleased to invite directly qualified companies to submit a Proposal for the Provision of Workplace Strategy Consultancy Services to ITU as further described in the Terms of Reference in Annex IV.

Please note that this Solicitation is related to the previous tender referenced RFP-S-HRMD-2020-066 for which you have already submitted a proposal.

To enable you to prepare and submit a Proposal, please find enclosed the following Annexes: –

• Annex I: Instructions to Bidders
• Annex II-A: Certificates to be submitted by the Bidder
• Annex II-B: Bidder’s Information Form
• Annex II-C: Recent References
• Annex II-D: Technical Submission
• Annex II-E: Financial Offer
• Annex III: ITU General Conditions of Contract
• Annex IV: Terms of Reference

Please note that the deadline for submission of Proposals is Thursday, 11 November 2021 at 15:00 hours (Geneva Time).

Late Proposals shall be rejected.

You may submit a Proposal to the ITU provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the goods and services specified in this RFP. Participation in this RFP indicates acceptance of the ITU General Conditions of Contract provided in Annex III. Any proposed modifications and/or reservations to this annex must be stated in your proposal and will be subject to further review before a contract can be concluded with you.

You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal. The ITU looks forward to receiving your Proposal.
