Item Description:

The World Bank Group invites qualified firms licensed to provide an unlimited use Terrestrial 1:1 Internet Service Link of 35 Mbps bandwidth to be installed in the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development office in KINSHASA, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO.

The configuration shall be Fiber 35 Mbps Uplink, 35 Mbps Downlink, internet connection on fiber with microwave backup with at least 8 contiguous static public IP addresses. The addresses should be from a /29 network. All PTT and ISP network equipment will be leased from the contractor for the link. The link will be terminated on a World Bank owned firewall or similar device at the Country Office. The link will be used to carry data traffic in IP format and the required interface is 100Mbps full duplex auto. The roundtrip delay of the provided link, between World Bank Kinshasa, Congo and World Bank HQ in Washington, must not exceed 300 ms in normal operations. VSAT links are not acceptable.
