The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Second Decentralized Public Service and Financial Management Sector Development Program, Subprogram 1. A portion of this financing will be applied for eligible payments under the contract named above. The bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Interior / National School of Local Administration (the “Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Two (2) Four-Wheel Drive Pickup Vehicle (“the Goods”).
Open Competitive Bidding (National Advertisement)1 will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
