Provision of Printing Services

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Printing Services.

• To solicit offset printing companies that have the technical and production capability to produce consistent, high-quality printed products without size restrictions throughout the year.
• Printing services may be required for a range of communication products, including but not limited to publications, posters, banners, folders, leaflets/brochures, stickers and specialty/promotional items. As needs dictate by programme, and under the guidance of WHO’s Communication Graphic Designer, the selected printing company will be expected to:
• Provide quotes as per print specifications provided by WHO, within requested time frames.
• When needed or as requested, recommend suitable specifications for the best quality product.
• Provide proofs for approval prior to printing.
• Ensure highest quality printing in keeping with standards in the publishing industry.
• Advise on realistic timeframes to provide deliverables and ensure delivery of final print products within agreed timelines.
