Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid for Services.

Proposals must be received by latest 13:00hrs on 03/02/2020 Monday. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Offers received in any other manner will be invalidated. 

Important Notes:

• Price proposals will be submitted in Turkish Lira and VAT Excluded.
• Price proposals will be submitted in hardcopy, signed and stamped by using the attached price proposal template. Bid form in the ITB document (page 3) shall be filled in, duly signed and attached to the price proposal.
• Proposals must contain the documents requested in the attached ToR.

All requests for formal clarification or queries on this tender must be submitted in writing to Supply Unit via email: turkeyprocurement@unicef.org latest until 27 January 2020, 13:00hrs.
