Provision of personal safety and protection equipment and drug testing kits

On behalf of the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB), the Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) hereby invites qualified companies to submit their Expressions of Interest for the establishment of a long-term contract for the provision of personal safety and protection equipment and of drug testing kits. The delivery will be to Vienna, Austria.

Interested companies for the drug testing kits should be manufacturers or duly authorised resellers/traders.

Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid/proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified companies interested in participating in the upcoming solicitation process.

Interested companies must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached below), including the UNGM Vendor Registration Number. UNOV will examine any EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for participation in a competitive bidding process. Accordingly, an Expression of Interest does not automatically warrant an interested company’s participation in the competitive bidding exercise.

UNOV reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EoI and/or solicitation process.
