Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of IOM Operations in South Sudan, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) in South Sudan now invites Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and installation of 400KwP roof mounted PV array in IOM Juba compound.
A complete set of Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders at by sending an email to issjp@iom.int until 16th of February 2022.
Sealed envelope of “Bid” shall be sent to:
IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) International Organization for Migration
Juba, New Industrial Area, Northern Bari, Juba, South Sudan
The reference ITB No.: JUBLOG220202 must be written on the envelope containing the “Bid”.
“Bid Form” (Form 1), “Price Schedule” (Form 2) and “Technical Specifications” (Section III) must be used when responding to this ITB. Failure of using the “Bid Form” and “Price Schedule” in response to the ITB will result in invalidation of your Bid.
“Bid” must be received by IOM Mission in South Sudan, Juba office, latest until 5:00 hrs. on 28th February 2022. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty calendar days (60 cd) after the bid opening date.
IOM will evaluate your Bid based on price, delivery lead time and other factors.
All requests for formal clarification or queries on this IFB must be submitted in writing to email address issjp@iom.int before 20 Feb 2022. Please make sure that the e‐mail mentions the IFB reference number. Only written inquiries will be entertained. All interested bidder can visit the site from Monday to Friday between (8Am to 5 PM) before 20 Feb 2022.
Bids will be opened at the above address on 01 March 2022 at 10:00 hrs. All bidders are invited to join the bid opening.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annul the selection process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected suppliers.
